With proper care and professional maintenance, our 100% Remy human hair extensions can last between 6 to 12 months, depending on the application method and your hair growth cycle.
Can I color or tone my extensions?
Yes, because our hair is 100% human hair, it can be toned or colored darker. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening the extensions as it may damage the cuticle and integrity of the hair.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, extensions that have been removed from their gold ties or worn cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for those needing their hair sooner.
