At Donna Bella Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused hair extensions. To maintain hygiene standards, products must remain in their original packaging with the security seal intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging into a secure shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned hair within 3-5 business days of receipt; once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
